The Idea

Foresight Training & Consulting was founded to strengthen Tribal Gaming Regulatory Agencies through trusted partnership, practical expertise, and real-world training that develops the next generation of gaming professionals.

I spent parts of three decades in tribal gaming at some of the busiest casinos in the country at the time. My journey included security, casino operations, surveillance and compliance. Roles that included supervsion, management, training and Subject Matter Expert to the Gaming Commission. I have led internal investigations into collusion, counterfeiting, cheating, and embezzlement. I have conducted MICS audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews, and trained staff coordinated directly with law enforcement when cases required it. I know this industry from the inside because I built the foundations of multiple careers with the skills it taught me.
What truly differentiates me is what came next. I stepped beyond the casino floor and built several businesses. In 2017, I entered a new industry and created the full operational and compliance infrastructure  for a multi‑facility enterprise in one of California’s most tightly regulated sectors. I authored the SOPs, designed the training programs, worked with numerous regulatory agencies and private auditors, and developed a workforce of hundreds across multiple sites. Having led a company as its CEO, I can say with confidence that from the casino floor to the C‑suite, I’ve been there.
That broader perspective is exactly what I bring back in. These diverse experiences shape how I teach, analyze, and help clients connect concepts to real‑world application. My training uses cross‑industry comparisons, real scenarios, and practical examples that resonate with every participant — from new surveillance agents to commissioners to seasoned professionals seeking a sharper edge. Training that connects to experience is training that lasts.
